With the aid of the Movable type mt-rssfeed plugin, I’ve now got my cache finds automatically posted to my Absocachinlutely site as a site item. This means the webpage is updated automatically and I don’t have to post each find as a unique post.
Google now have a local page which enables you to search for local businesses. Only seems to work for the states though – or at least it doesn’t work for uk address’s (and its not in google.co.uk)
Speaking of training, it looks like there is some free training and practise exams for the Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician certification. Something that I’ve not looked at but shouldn’t/hopefully have a problem in obtaining.

If you don’t get the username/password combination correct in the OutlookMT.exe.config file then you will get the error message "Posting Failed: Server returned a fault exception."
Took me a while to realise this – I missed the last character off of my password when I saved the file. You also need to create the Blog This folder underneath the Inbox, NOT as a top level folder.
If you can read this, then the OutlookMT plugin is working on my desktop in the office.
If you like Doom, Quake etc then you might want to check out Cube Engine. A 18mb download it seems to have plenty of maps and is difficult enough to play (without reading the manual) and you can run as a server too.
