That is a heck of a lot easier than what I did. I ended up using Windows Install Clean Up to delete the registry keys, and then repaired Windows Defender.
Ahh … oh well. I was looking for an excuse to use Windows Install Clean Up anyways. I’ve had that program sitting around for so long, and have never had a legitimate chance to use it until now.
