Hmmmm – Now the only thing outstanding (for the moment anyway) is to get the forms to be a lot smaller in size and the Go buttons to be smaller and without a blank line after too.
some navigation changes made to the site, with the movement of the “open in new windows button” and some shuffling of link positions. I now have joined the ranks of blog linkers and have a blogroll which is basically a javascript version of a serverside include that can be edited from anywhere to add new blogs to the website (under BlogALog)

Problem with MovableType was that the SOAP modules were not installed in the directory they were supposed to be. Followed the installation guide at MT and re-installed SOAP and everything started working again!

Interesting tip from the Junky is that if you add a trailing slash to the end of the url then ie seems to force a refresh and get the most recent page. so you would use something like http://host/directory// instead of http://host/directory

Bloglet allows you to send notifications out to readers of your blog that the page has changed. Uses xml (ooh!) to do it!

DVDRack seems to be doing a fairly good deal of an XBOX and one game per week for 16 months for just under 20 quid a month rental, and you keep the XBOX at the end of the rental term. This seems very good value with the xbox at 300 quid at the moment, although with the price dropping by 100 pounds shortly I’m not so sure!
