Found a brilliant application at Nexus which enables you to capture screenshots and then save the output as a flash file. Great for online tutorials and things.

Following some instructions on the net tried creating a photo album without using tables for the main index page. Works fairly well although you do get some major glitches when the page is resized. For more information look at Cats album3
