Pictures from the Congleton Carnival

Pictures from the Congleton Carnival are now available (will also be linked from the side bar under albums). These pictures were taken with my new Kodak DX3600 Camera which I am very pleased with. They’ve not come out too bad considering. Most pictures have not been edited in any way, so they are large. Some have been cropped or rotated in the case of portrait shots.

I got greeted by a

I got greeted by a question when I visited the BBC’s website this morning (yes – very early!). They now do two editions – a uk one, with prominence to uk story’s and a global version. Looking at the front page after choosing uk, there seems little difference…There is a page explaining the changes but it looks like the main content will remain the same – I hope so!

if you want support for your camera products, then I strongly recommend that you do not buy anything from MX2. When i ordered the stuff yonks ago they mucked the order up and now when I asked for support I got ”
Sorry but we do not stock the goods you require.” despite it being listed on their product page….

Woohoo! Got the camera usb

Woohoo! Got the camera usb reader software (found it in that attic), installed and I can now read the pictures from the Compact Flash card. Now all I have to do is sort them and put them online – so watch this space!
Also got the office arranged, with the two computer desks and the main office desk – looks really smart! (photo coming)
