Kachhwa Christian Hospital

At the request of Dr Raju Abraham, we have agreed to spend 4 days teaching at the Kachhwa Christian Hospital before we leave India. As well as a basic medical facility, it is also the place where around 40 Indian cross-cultural missionaries are being trained.

The hospital is 1000 miles south away from Ludhiana, and the journey to Kachhwa will take 3 calendar days. We will be on the train for about 27 hours!

We are both glad that our remaining time in India will be more usefully spent.

Dr Abraham is an interesting man. He is a Christian thinker and philosopher as well as being a skilled surgeon, and has inspired many to acts of Christian service. We are glad to be working alongside him and his Scottish wife for the next few days.
