On January 15th 2004, I go to India for a month. This afternoon, I had the first two of 9 injections to be spread over the next 21 days. It hurt.
Diphtheria, Hepatitis A & B, Poliomyelitis, Tetanus, Typhoid, Japanese B encephalitis... oh, and a series of three Rabies jabs. I don't even know what half of them are for. Hence a printout from www.fitfortravel.scot.nhs.uk to carry around with me and inwardly digest.
I have to go again on 23rd December @ 3.40, 30th December @ 9am, and on 6th January @ 9.20. I also have to organise my own Japanese encephalitis jab at the Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine. What joy. My arms hurt just thinking about it.
