According to Tim Challies, live-blogging the Shepherds' Conference, John MacArthur took this somewhat provocative title for his opening session of 2007.
Responses to this amazing revelation were immediate.

They even told Dr. MacArthur's cat...
Clearly, Dr. MacArthur's researchers were unable to gather comments from the overwhelming majority of English-speaking Calvinists living and dead.
