Finally figured out how to Comments Off
Finally figured out how to get Mandrake 8.2 to talk across the network via my proxy server and out on the network – now works a treat!
Also installed Universe Personal Edition on it – will not be that much use without SystemBuilder though 
Had to install compress as this wasn’t in the default mandrake install!

Found a Also don’t need webwasher as Comments Off
Also don’t need webwasher as Outpost does the same job, so thats one less app to run on the machine. Also it means I can let eudora use html email and NOT get the graphics in emails – saving a lot of download time when reading emails (and making them secure)
